No. You will need to do a new reservation. We advise you, if you want to add one or more friends to your tour it is better to call us to confirm if we have available seets for your tour.
No. Once your booking is confirmed, you dont need to pay nothing else, just what you will spend during our tour. (ex: stuffs from local shops)
Yes. The price you pay for your tour includes the transfer fees.
First of all you need to call us. After your cancellation request we will refund you the total amount that you pay in 7 working days if you respect our cancellation policy that you can read here.
Yes. The total amount that you pay us for the tour include:
Hotel pickup and drop-off (9am)
Pickup and drop-off from designated meeting points (9am)
Pickup/drop-off: Faro, Vilamoura, Quarteira, Albufeira, Oura, Falésia, Quinta do lago
Insurance of personal accidents and civil liability
- If you cancel at least 7 days before scheduled departure, no cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel 3 to 6 days before scheduled departure, a cancellation fee of 50 percent will apply.
- If you cancel within 2 days before scheduled departure, a cancellation fee of 100 percent will apply.
- If the cancellation is made by us but not due to the weather, the value will be refunded to 100 percent or if the customer wishes it will be rescheduled

We do not carry people with wheelchairs.
Subject to weather conditions. If canceled due to bad weather we give the opportunity to rebook or refund the money
Confirmation will be received upon booking, unless it is made within 7 days prior to scheduled departure. In this case the confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability.
We do not transport people with apparent alcohol or drug use
